About the Author

Melissa Huray is an Emmy-award-winning news reporter and an addiction counselor with a masters in physiology. She spent 12 years counseling addicts in intensive outpatient treatment programs before joining the Lindell Recovery Network as the Executive Director and host of the Hope Report podcast. She currently lives in Lakeville, Minnesota, with her husband Mike and has three daughters.
