About the Author

Melissa Huray is an Emmy-award-winning news reporter and an addiction counselor with a masters in physiology. She spent 12 years counseling addicts in intensive outpatient treatment programs before joining the Lindell Recovery Network as the Executive Director and co-host of the Hope Report podcast. She currently lives in Lakeville, Minnesota, with her husband Mike and has three daughters.
